Our Story

Tony & Franzi let you know a little history about themselves, their horse and their own journey through a number of horse world approaches and the disappointments of each. They then introduce the real life challenges that shaped their direction and eventual decision to follow their own unqiue path to Connection Through Natural Collection.

Think of your horse journey like wanting to fly on a long-haul flight from where you are, say New York, and your horse destination, let's say is Sydney.

Every tier on this page gets you there. What differs is the journey, the time, the guidance, the support.

Option 1. Turbo Prop — multiple stops, slower pace, navigating largely on your own, with the community visible in the distance like other travellers on a similar route. You will get to Sydney. The journey will take longer and feel more solitary.

Most riders carry blind spots they're completely unaware of — a subtle tension, an incongruence in the body, a moment where the signal breaks down.

The Golden Gateway is a genuine two-month introduction to the coached Equisit Way Of Life experience — designed so you can feel the difference before making any longer commitment.
At the end of two months, you decide what's next.
All three outcomes are equally valid: continue into Nexus Silver, step up to Nexus Gold, or walk away with two months of real experience.

The benefit: Consistent monthly exposure to Group Coaching keeps the learning alive between your own sessions with your horse. Will this work for my specific horse (breed, age, background)?

Can you guarantee results like “Ride Force-Free High Collection in 12 Months or Less”? That sounds too good to be true.

What if I’m just a beginner, or not a very confident rider?

I don’t have a lot of time to train. How much time does this require?

How is this different from natural horsemanship or other relationship-based methods?

What does “active participation” mean for the guarantee?

I've tried so many methods before and nothing has worked. Why will this be different?

What if my horse has physical limitations or past injuries?

Do I need special equipment or a specific type of saddle/bit?

What if I don't have access to an arena or fancy facilities?

This isn't a satisfaction guarantee, and we won't pretend it is. We can't promise an outcome that depends on your consistency, your implementation, and your horse's individual starting point — no honest coach can. What we can guarantee is our own judgement.

The first 90 days are a genuine mutual trial. You experience the coaching, the curriculum, and the community fully. We watch closely to confirm that Nexus Gold is genuinely the right fit for you — not because we doubt your commitment, but because a bad admission decision serves nobody, least of all your horse.

If we conclude, within those 90 days, that we got the admission decision wrong — that Nexus Gold isn't the right program for you at this time — we take financial responsibility for that: a 70% refund of whatever you've paid to that point.

This is not triggered by dissatisfaction, slow progress, or a change of mind. If you're unhappy months in, or feel you haven't gotten results, we'll first look honestly together at implementation and partnership — practice, video submissions, engagement with feedback — because that's the part of this that's genuinely in your hands. If that review shows the process was delivered as described and you engaged with it, the 90-day guarantee does not apply.

Fit doesn't stop being assessed after day 90. We reserve the right, at any point during the program, to conclude that continuing is not the right path for a client and their horse — for reasons including but not limited to lack of implementation, safety concerns for horse or rider, or a mismatch that has become clear only with time. Where this happens after the 90-day trial, no refund is owed for time and coaching already delivered — but your remaining payment obligations, if you're on the staged plan, also end at that point. You are never required to keep paying for a program you are no longer in.

Beyond the 90-day trial, there is no standing refund entitlement — the coaching, curriculum, and support already delivered represent real value already given, and ended future payments (above) are the primary fairness mechanism at that stage. That said, if we jointly conclude, at any point, that parting ways is the right outcome, we retain full discretion to offer a partial refund reflecting the portion of the program not yet delivered. This isn't a client entitlement and isn't something to request — it's a decision we make case by case, because we'd rather do right by someone than hide behind a rigid policy.

The same standard runs both ways. Just as we take responsibility if we admitted the wrong person, we also reserve the right to end the partnership — at 90 days or later — if we assess that continuing isn't right for you and your horse. This isn't a punishment. It's the same honesty that got you into the program in the first place.
